Among small companies in the Twin Cities, Haberman ranks 8th, according to the Star Tribune’s 2017 list of Top Workplaces. The newspaper recognized Haberman for its purpose-driven culture and nontraditional perks, including the employee garden. Founder and CEO Fred Haberman was also honored with a leadership award (and feature story about his history as a camp director and how that experience shaped his approach to managing teams).
