Fred Haberman at Sustainatopia 2015

Fred Haberman is joining more than 300 speakers from six continents at the Sustainatopia conference in Los Angeles May 27-30. Sustainatopia is one of the world’s leading events for social, financial, environmental sustainability and impact, drawing participants from more than 60 countries.

Haberman will participate in two panels — first moderating “Deepening Understanding of Local Food Systems,” discussing Urban Organics, the cutting-edge indoor aquaponics farm he co-founded in the historic Hamm’s Brewery in St. Paul. He will also be a panelist on “Focusing on Storytelling as a Bridge.”

Founded in 2009, Sustainatopia brings together the global ecosystem of social, financial and environmental sustainability and impact like no other event. More than 1,500 expert speakers have participated over the last five years, including the White House, the Inter-American Development Bank, Rockefeller Foundation, Clinton Global Foundation as well as thousands of top corporations, investors and social entrepreneurs.
