Haberman is committed to educating ourselves, personally and professionally, on all topics related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, recruiting BIPOC talent, and building a more inclusive agency. As a step toward better understanding and addressing these topics, we partnered with Carole Burton, of Radiant Resources, to help us facilitate a virtual DEI Learning Lab, focused on the issue of Implicit Bias. Reflecting on this experience, we are thankful for Carole’s guidance, expertise, and for creating a safe and open place for us to collaborate and address biases in our every day.

We are empowered by this partnership and are looking forward to continuing to better educate ourselves as a collective agency.
